  2. 1/2 cupflour
  3. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tsponion paste
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  9. Main ingredient
  10. Thin sliced potato
  11. as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together with water except potato

    Make a thik better

    Deep thin sliced potatos in that mixture

    Then fry them with oil until it turns into a brownish colour
