3chapati
1boiled potato [ round slics]
1Omelette
1/2onion cut into round
1/2cucumber [ round slices]
1/2capsicum [ cut length wise]
1tomato
2 tbspsandwich chutney
1 tbspbhel chutney
1/2 tbspgarlic chutney
2 tspchat masala
1/2 cupgrated mozzarella cheese
to tastesalt

Place one chapati in a microwave safe plate. spread 1 tbsp sandwich chutney on it and sprinkle some cheese on it

Put the boiled potato slices on it.sprinkle a pinch of chat masala and put the sliced tomatoes on it. sprinkle some mozzarella cheese over it.

Now take another chapati and spread bhel chutney. put it over the cheese layer and spread garlic chutney on the other side of the chapati.

Sprinkle some cheese and layer the remaining potato slices, onions and capsicum.

Sprinkle salt and chat masala.

Put omelet on it. sprinkle the remaining cheese.

Take the last chapati.spread the remaining sandwich chutney on it and put it over the sandwich.

Microwave this for 50-60 seconds.

Serve with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney
