Take a bowl,add wheat,maida,suji kachori masala,oil for moyan and kasuri methi with salt. Add water and make a hrad-soft dough.

Now take a kadhai, place oil fir heating.when oil is heat add green chilli,hing,dry coriander,seeds,cumin. Stire it. Add chopped onion and fry until they turn golden in colour. Now add mashed peas and whole spices and mix well. Add grated ginger too with salt.

Stuffing is ready. Now take a roll from a dough. Roll it and place stuffing. Seal it's edges, and again roll it. Now place in kadhai for deep fry in low -medium flame.

Kachori is ready.serve with any types of chutney.
