Veg Fried Stuffed Rava Balls
I recreated this south Indian recipe with paneer stuffing and lots of colorful vegetables to add a healthy flavor to Rawa balls. Basically these Rawa balls are steamed and then slightly sautéed in mustard seeds, curry leaves and lots of vegetables to retain it's original South Indian flavor. To add more flavor to it, I've added Paneer stuffing inside Rawa balls. This is quite delicious as well as healthy recipe idea for fitness conscious people. #cookwithpooja #foodswingsbymad

Boil water in a pan and add Rawa, salt, grated ginger and oil to it.

When Rawa thickens, make a soft dough.

Make small balls out of the dough and add stuffing to it.

Steam Rawa balls in a pan with boiling water for approx 10 mins until they become spongy in texture.

Sauté mustard seeds, curry leaves, vegetables and add spices as you like.

Add Rawa balls to the veggies and cook for about 5 minutes. And... It's ready to serve with coconut chutney and green chutney!
