Mix all the ingredients of rice dough and make a soft dough.

Now make shapes of farra and grease the plate of steamer and steam untill it cook.

Now take a pan heat up oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, when it starts to crackle add curry leaves, green chilli, dry red chilli and sesame seeds when it starts to crackle add steamed farra then add salt mix well, cover pan with plate and let it cook in slow flame for about 1min. While serving sprinkle red chilli powder, and garnish with coriander leaves and serve with green chutney.
