Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, onion, lemon grass, veggies, sauce for 2 mins.

Add coconut milk, noodles, salt, turmeric, pepper, make it boil, now add gram flour and whisk it properly.

Now serve hot in a bowl with peanuts,garlic, onions, spring onions lime juice, and chilli oil. Enjoy.
