Ingredients

  1. 200 gOreo cookies
  2. 60 gbutter (melted)
  3. Dark chocolate mousse:
  4. 120 gheavy cream
  5. 150 gdark chocolate buttons/dark cooking chocolate
  6. 4 ggelatin
  7. 20 mlcold water
  8. 160 gheavy cream
  9. 2 tbsppowdered sugar
  10. Milk chocolate mousse:
  11. 120 gheavy cream
  12. 150 gmilk chocolate buttons/milk cooking chocolate
  13. 4 ggelatin
  14. 20 mlcold water
  15. 160 gheavy cream
  16. 2 tbsppowdered sugar
  17. White chocolate mousse:
  18. 120 gheavy cream
  19. 150 gwhite cooking chocolate
  20. 4 ggelatin
  21. 20 mlcold water
  22. 160 gheavy cream
  23. 2 tbsppowdered sugar
  24. Toppings:
  25. as neededMint leaves, strawberries, and cocoa powder

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare a 20cm springform pan. Crush the Oreo cookies with their cream and mix with melted butter. Press into the pan and refrigerate.

    Make the dark chocolate mousse: Add gelatin to a bowl with 20 ml cold water and let sit for 10 minutes. Melt dark chocolate with 120 ml heavy cream using a double boiler.

    Once melted, add the gelatin and stir until smooth. Cool.

    In another bowl, beat 160 g heavy cream with 2 tbsp powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold into the chocolate mixture.

    Pour into the pan over the Oreo crust. Freeze until set.

    Continue with the milk chocolate mousse: Add gelatin to a bowl with 20 ml cold water and let sit for 10 minutes. Melt milk chocolate with 120 ml heavy cream using a double boiler.

    In another bowl, beat 160 g heavy cream with 2 tbsp powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold into the chocolate mixture.

    Pour over the dark chocolate layer. Freeze until set.

    Continue with the white chocolate mousse: Add gelatin to a bowl with 20 ml cold water and let sit for 10 minutes. Melt white chocolate with heavy cream using a double boiler.

    In another bowl, beat 160 g heavy cream with 2 tbsp powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold into the chocolate mixture.

    Pour over the milk chocolate layer. Freeze until set.

    Once all layers are complete, freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Remove from the pan by running a knife around the edges and dust the top with cocoa powder.

    Garnish with strawberries and mint leaves, slice, and serve. Delicious!
