Ingredients

  • Dough
  • 1 1/2 cupWhite flour=
  • cupWhole wheat flour =1/2
  • Yeast=1tsp
  • 3 tspCaster sugar=
  • 1/4 tspSalt=
  • 2 TbspButter =
  • Milk= for kneading the dough
  • 1Egg=
  • Filling:
  • Chicken = half breast
  • 1 cupVegetable(as you like)=
  • Tikka masala = 1 small packet
  • TbsButter=2
  • 1/2 cupYogurt =
  • 1/2Lemon=
  • White sauce:
  • Milk=1cup
  • 2 TbsWhite floor=
  • 1 TbspButter=
  • 1/2 tspMustard paste=
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper=

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the soft dough and rest for 2 hours on warm place in airtight box

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken for 2 hours and cook it with little bit of oil.

  3. 3

    Shred chicken and add vegetakrs in it.

  4. 4

    Make white sauce and mix with chicken mixture.

  5. 5

    Make small ball of bread and flaten inti oval shape, place filling on both coner and roll over on both sides

  6. 6

    Spread egg and sessme seeds on bread top

  7. 7

    Pre heat over at 180 degrees bake breads for 15-20 minutes.
