Chicken Fingers with creamy sauce

Ingredients

4-5 persons
  1. 500 gmBoneless chicken cut in Stripes
  2. 1 TspGarlic powder
  3. 1 TspBlack pepper
  4. 1 TspSalt
  5. For Flour coating:
  6. 150 gmMaida
  7. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  8. 1/2 TspSalt
  9. For Bread crumbs coating:
  10. 200 gmBread crumbs
  11. 1 TspRed chilli powder
  12. Basil leaves 1 Tsp
  13. For Egg coating:
  14. 2Egg
  15. 59 mlMilk
  16. For Creamy sauce:
  17. 200 mlFresh cream
  18. 2 tbspLemon juice
  19. 1 TspCrushed red chilli
  20. 1 TspGarlic powder
  21. 3 tbspChopped green corriander
  22. 2 tbspOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take boneless chicken stripes.Add garlic powder,salt and black pepper then leave for 30 min.

    Take maida, black pepper and salt and mix them properly.

  3. 3

    Now in bread crumbs mix red chilli powder and basil leaves.

  4. 4

    Beat eggs and add milk.

  5. 5

    Firstly coat chicken stripes in maida coating then in egg mixture lastly coat in bread crumbs.

    Heat oil and deep fry these Stripes until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Chicken fingers readye to eat.Serve with Creamy sauce.
