Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflatten rice
  2. 2onion finely chopped
  3. 1tomato finely chopped
  4. 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  6. 2 tbsp oil
  7. 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  10. 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  11. 4-5kadi patta
  12. as neededPeanuts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First wash the poha & half table spoon salt mix it. And keep aside for ten minutes.

  2. 2

    In kadayee heat oil & mustard seed & cumin seeds. Fry for half minute & curry patta half minute fry. Add onions fry for a golden brown & add tomatoes. Add salt as a taste & add turmeric powder & add garam masala mix well.

    Add flatten rice & mix it very well. Switch off the flame & add lemon juice & add some peanuts.
