Ingredients

  1. 250 gmPaneer
  2. 1 tbsp Onion paste
  3. 2 tbsptomato puree
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 2Cardamom
  6. 2-3Cloves
  7. 1 inchCinnamon stick
  8. 3-4black pepper crushed
  9. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  12. 1/2 tspgrm masala
  13. 1/4 tspkitchen king masala
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  16. 2 tbspghee/ Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut paneer pieces..Heat oil put whole masale, ginger garlic paste.saute add onion paste. roast till light brown.add tomato pyuri.saute.add dry masale,paneer.mix well..add water as required for grevy..boil. sprinkler kasuri methi..gas off serve serving plate with pantha..
