Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/3 cstrawberries
  2. 1/3 craspberries
  3. 1/3 cblackberries
  4. 1/3 cblueberries
  5. 8 ozplain coconut yogurt (sodeliciousdairyfree.com)
  6. 2 tbspshelled hemp hearts
  7. Pinchground cinnamon
  8. Pinchground nutmeg, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small bowl, mix the berries together. In the bottom of a serving bowl, layer 1/3 cup of the berries. Top with 1/3 c yogurt, another 1/3 cup berries, 1/3 c yogurt, another 1/3 c berries, 1/3 c yogurt. Sprinkle the hemp hearts on top of the finished parfait. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg (if using)

    You can use thawed frozen berries - be aware that the texture can change. Remember to rinse frozen produce just as you do fresh.
