Pre-heat oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.

Generously brush butter in the muffin cavity.

Trim the bread slices to fit in the muffin cavity.

Place the bread slice into each muffin cavity.

Add the grated cheese and sprinkle some chilli flakes on it.

After that,break an egg into each one.Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.

Bake around 18-20 minutes.

Once done,let the eggs rest for about 5 minutes.

Demold them.

Garnish with breadcrumbs and coriander leaves.

Serve warm along with ketchup.
