Ingredients

Spaghetti
Carrot
Sweet pepper
Green pepper
Tomatoe paste
Seasoning
Oil
Sardine

Cooking Instructions

I parboil my spaghetti

Then I diced my carrots,sweet pepper, Green pepper then I put oil on fire add onions then follow with your tomato paste then give it a stir and add small water add the seasoning when it done add your veggies and give it a stir pour the stew on your spaghetti turn to circulate then cover to steam it done after few minutes add your sardine give it another stir serve hot
