Take a mixing bowl, add refined flour to the bowl with adding baking powder, mix well

Now add curd mix then add little water at step by step to the flour and mix in the particular form, one sided form that means if u stir clockwise then mix clockwise form, in total mixing process add pinch of food colour mix well and rest over night

In the morning mix again, heat the pan with adding sugar add water to the pan keep stir, add lime juice, pinch of food colour, make a sugar syrup, not too thick or thin

In other hand heat another pan, add oil, when oil is heated add jalebi batter in the plastic bag and make the small hole in the mouth of the bag put batter to the oil and fry all jalebi and put all jalebi to the sugar syrup as early as possible and side by side put to the paper which is spread to the basket.

Crispy tasty jalebi is ready.
