Steps

Season and boil the turkey adding salt, tumeric, thyme, black pepper, blended pepper and ginger and sliced onions

Boil desired quantity of rice adding a pinch of salt

Dissolve a tbsp of corn flour with cold water and add into the cooked turkey. This serves as a thickner. Allow to boil for 5mins

Add your chopped carrots and green beans stir and allow to simmer for about 3mins
