Ingredients

  1. 1Capsicum
  2. 4-5peeled onion
  3. 2onion puree
  4. 4tomato puree
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 1 tspGarlic
  7. 200 gramPaneer
  8. 1 bowlmalai
  9. 1/2 glass milk
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  12. 1 tspturmeric powder
  13. as neededButter
  14. as neededCoriander leaves
  15. 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  16. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Put oil in pan and put the garlic paste,cumin,coriander and book fr light brown.

    Then put chopped capsicum and cook for 2-3 min and then peeled onion pour and cook 4-5 min till brown colour

    After that put onion pury and make it for 3-4 min and followed by putting tomato puri and make for 3-4 minutes.

    Then put the cuisines like salt,turmeric, red chilli powder,black pepper and mix well 1-2 minute.

    Then put malai and milk in mixture and cook 3-4 minute and then cut the pieces of paneer and put in pan and cook for 3-4 mintue and reDy for serve.
