Ingredients

  • 2.5 cupsBoiled chickpeas
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspred chilli flakes
  • 1 tspchat masala
  • 1 tsproasted n crushed cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi
  • to tasteSalt
  • Imli pulp 1-1//
  • 1 pinchOrange food color
  • Corn flour to thicken
  • Boil potato cubes, chopped onion, chooped green chillies n fresh coriander for presentation

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water in a pot. Add red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, chat masala, roastes n crushed cumin seeds, coriander powder, haldi, salt. Let it boil.

  2. 2

    Now dissolve cornflour into water and add this into pot. Stir well. Then add boiled chick peas with a pinch of orange food color. Leave for 5 min.

  3. 3

    Now add imli pulp. N cook for 2 minutes more.

  4. 4

    Take ot out in a bowl. Top with boil potato cubes, onios, green chillies, fresh coriander and papri. Serve hot
