200 gmargarine
200 mlGreek yoghurt
50 gtutti fruity
1 tsporange oil
15 gorange zest
1orange squeezed juice
3eggs

Preheat oven to 180degrees, prepare your baking tin, sieve your flour.....beat margarine and sugar till pale, add one egg at a time while mixing till full in corporated, add zest, orange oil, and orange juice and mix well

Add tutti fruity, fold in flour alternative with Greek yoghurt, bake for 60mins

When ready test with a knife if it comes out clean its ready....leave it to cool about 20mins in the tin then remove and wrap with a clinc film....decorate as desired
