Just something quick and easy for your lazy Friday night supper.

Steam steak so that it's tender enough for a quick and shallow pan fry (add seasoning/spice).

Slice up all mushrooms and shallow fry in a tad bit of butter (add seasoning/spice).

Butter bread on both sides and grill in a small pan on medium heat so that the bread turns golden brown.
- 4
Once bread has been prepared, place it on a plate and add 1 cheese slice per slice of bread. Thereafter add the steak (once ready) and top it with mushroom and avo and cover with another slice of grilled bread.
