Prepare hard dough of all purpose flour

Put little oil in a pan add gramflour and roast it in medium flame

Add little oil if required

Add spices and salt

Add more red chilli powder for spicy taste

Prepare balls of all purpose flour and roll it with a roller

Roast the stuffing till a nice aroma spreads everywhere

Now fill the stuffing in the rolled pooris

Seal it nicely with hands using little water

Now roll it again lightly with a roller

Fry in hot oil

Turn it and fry it on another side till brown and crispy
