Peel, cut, add 1cup of water and give 2whistles to raw mango.

Take sugar in a saucepan, add 2cups of water and keep stirring until the sugar dissolves

Grind the raw mango to puree.

Add this puree to sugar syrup.

Add salt, black salt, and citric acid.

Give a nice boil. Add 2-3 green food colour to it.

Strain the syrup and cool down. Your kairi syrup is ready.

Take 2 tblsp of syrup, add 120ml water, 2-3ice cubes and mix well. Serve chilled.
