Wash and soak rice for an hour or 2.. wash again and cook until soft and water has completely soaked up

Get a tart pan or something like this, apply oil to it. Add the rice mixture and press down and side and refrigerate for 30 mins..

Bring out and sprinkle sugar all over, front and back... so also dessicated coconut, all over

Bake in a preheated oven

Allow to cool and fill with whipped cream, add some peanuts and decorate/garnish to your choice
