Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1medium sized sweet peppe
  3. Curry
  4. For the White Soup
  5. Boneless chicken breast
  6. 3sized tomatoes
  7. 3sized pepper (atarugu)
  8. 1big size bell pepper
  9. 5big sized Irish potatoes
  10. Cabbage (1/2)
  11. 3big sized carrots
  12. Green beans
  13. Maggie seasoning
  14. Pinchsalt
  15. 1 tea spoonCurry
  16. 1 tea spoonthyme
  17. 3garlic cloves
  18. 1medium sized onion
  19. 1/4 tea spoonblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    For Curried Rice - You cook rice the normal way.. Parboil, strain, put back on low heat, add curry, gently stir, cut sweet pepper into finely shape nd spread on d already cooked rice...the steam is Okk for it to soften.

    For White Soup

    Cook chicken breast till tender and shread, peel potatoes and dice then put to boil, cut carrot nd green beans neatly, crush garlic, grate tomatoes, pepper nd bell pepper roughly, slice onions and kip aside. Stir fry grated tomatoes in oil. Add up the shredded chicken, add up maggie seasoning nd pinch of salt, add up diced carrots nd green beans, allow it simmer for 3-4 min. Add up the cabbage nd onions, add up d crushed garlic, curry nd thyme... Cover nd let it cook for another 3-4 mins..Enjoy🍴
