  • 100 gflour
  • 70 gsugar
  • 100 gbutter
  • 1/2tspn baking powder
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2tspn golden syrup (optional)
  • 1/2tspn flavour
  • Butter cream(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix butter&sugar till fluffy, add eggs, flavour & golden syrup and continue mixing

  2. 2

    Sieve flour, baking powder

  3. 3

    Preheat your oven

  4. 4

    Fold in flour into your batter and scoop into your muffin sheet and bake.

  5. 5

    Bake till your skewer comes out clean
