Parboil the rice and set aside, wash the fish, marinate and fry till golden brown and set aside. Blend tomatoes, pepper, crayfish,onion and slice the ugwu leaves and the remaining onion then set aside.

Pour the palm oil into dry pot and let it melt a bit then add the slice onion follow by the blended ingredient, add seasoning and stir after like 20seconds pour small water and adjust the seasoning and cover

To the boiling add the parboiled rice and stir then cover and cook for several minutes till done.

Lastly add the vegetable and mix verywell off the fire and let it sit for few seconds. Serve with fish and enjoy with any choice of ur drinks.
