Paneer Shashlik

Made on tawa! Simple but tremendously effective!
Steps

Take all the ingredients listed for green chutney except curd and salt in mixer grinder jar. Grind everything well. Then add curd and salt. Again grind well. Remove in a bowl and keep it in refrigerator.

In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients listed for marination except paneer, capsicum, onions and tomatoes very well. Then add paneer, capsicum, onions and tomatoes. Coat everything very well. Keep this bowl in refrigerator for 30 mins for marination.

After 30 mins, arrange on skewers. Take on paneer cube, then capsicum, then onion and then tomato. Again paneer, then capsicum, onion and tomato. Repeat on all skewers.

Heat up the non stick tawa on low flame. Sprinkle some oil and place the skewers on tawa. Shallow fry on low to medium flame. Keep turning skewers after 5 to 6 sec so that it doesn't burn. Cook on all sides till golden brown.

Serve hot with green chutney and Coleslaw (prepared using chopped thin sliced of cabbage and onions, mixed in mayonnaise)
