Make the pasta by mixing the flour and eggs. Once you have a dough ball, let it rest for about 15 minutes, then roll out the dough, add the filling, and seal the ravioli.

In a pan, heat a little oil and add the speck to brown.

Then add the mascarpone and gorgonzola, adjust with salt, pepper, and chili pepper, and let it melt.

Cook the ravioli in salted water, drain, and add to the sauce. Serve hot.
