1small clove Garlic *grated
1/2 tablespoonParsley *finely chopped
1/2 teaspoonWhole Grain Mustard OR Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce (‘Lea & Perrins’)
1-2 teaspoonsLemon Juice OR White Wine Vinegar *alter the amount
1 pinchSalt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons)Japanese Mayonnaise
