Ingredients

  • 1cupFlour
  • 1/2 teaspoonYeast
  • 1 eggEgg
  • as u wantMilk
  • 1 tspButter
  • to tasteSugar and salt
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • Minced meat
  • Onion
  • Spices
  • Seasoning
  • Potato(optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients,add butter and egg mix throughly and make a soft dough and allow to rest for some minutes

    Cut onion and stir fry add the minced meat,spices and seasoning

    When the dough has risen,cut out balls,flatten the balls hold in your hand add filling then bring up all the edges and pinch to close completely nd form a ball again

    Get your cornflakes crumbs apply egg wash then coat with the crumbs and fry.

I have 3 questions. When do I add the milk and how much cornflake crumbs? Also how long do I fry them for? I love the concept of these doughnuts and I want to try them but without the information I have asked for I can't make them. Thank you.
