Grind coconut, ginger, garlic and green chilli into smooth and silky paste and keep aside.

Heat oil in kadai add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Once cumin seeds crackle add onion and saute until onion becomes transparent. Add chopped capsicum.

Now add the ground masala and saute until raw smell goes off. Add salt.

Now add chopped tomato and cook until tomato change to mush. Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds. Cook until oil leaves the edges. Adjust the salt.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or pulav.
