Egg Curry
I cooked this recipe at the Kisumu Cookout. It was a hit!
Steps

Take a cooking pot,add oil. Then cumin. Now add the chopped onions

Add the garlic & ginger & cook till almost brown

Add the tomatoes. Add all the dry masalas. Let this cook till you the oil separates

Now cut the eggs in half & gently put them in the curry. Add just abit of water.

Let it simmer on low heat.

Once done plate,garnish witj dhania

Serve with bread,ugali,Naan,chapati,rice or roti
