Ingredients

  • 6eggs hard boiled
  • 3ripe tomatoes chopped or pureed
  • 2onions chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 3/4 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 2 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 1small root ginger chopped
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • Handfulchopped dhania
  • 2 tbspoil or butter
  • 1 tspwhole cumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooking pot,add oil. Then cumin. Now add the chopped onions

  2. 2

    Add the garlic & ginger & cook till almost brown

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes. Add all the dry masalas. Let this cook till you the oil separates

  4. 4

    Now cut the eggs in half & gently put them in the curry. Add just abit of water.

  5. 5

    Let it simmer on low heat.

  6. 6

    Once done plate,garnish witj dhania

    Serve with bread,ugali,Naan,chapati,rice or roti
