Cooking Instructions

Mix together all your dry ingredients

Pour in your Luke warm water and mix until a smooth dough is formed

The though should not be too thick.it should be a bit sticky then you fold in flour to make it firm

Rub oil on the though and knead very well

Cover in an air tight container and keep in a warm place and allow to rise for at least an hour.

After it has risen,rub either your baking pan or cups(any one you are using) with oil and then put your dough.

Put inside your steamer and allow to steam.
