Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil.

Peel the potato and carrot, then cut them into small pieces. Trim the ends off the green beans and cut them into pieces.

Once the water is boiling, add the chopped vegetables, spinach, and peas. Season with salt, pepper, and add the turmeric. Cook everything for about 15 minutes.

Add the pasta and cook until done. Serve hot, drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
