Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspBasil seeds (Sabja seeds)
  2. 1/2 cup Falooda sev
  3. 1 cup Milk
  4. 2 tbspSugar
  5. 1/2 cup Mango puree
  6. 1/2 cupMangoes chopped
  7. 2 scoops Icecream mango vanilla icecream
  8. as neededChopped Almonds

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak basil seeds in enough water for 30 minutes. While it is soaking, add sugar to milk and mix it Keep this in the fridge.

  2. 2

    Cook falooda sev as per package instruction. take some water in a pan, let it come to a boil. Add falooda sev, let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain it and rinse it with cold water immediately to stop further cooking.

  3. 3

    Take serving glass. First add spoonful of soaked sabja seeds. Then add spoonful of falooda sev. After that 2 tablespoons of mango pulp. Now add few chopped mango pieces. Again do the same layers, Now add half cup of milk.

  4. 4

    Top with a scoop of mango ice cream or vanilla ice cream.garnish with chopped Almonds.
