Soak basil seeds in enough water for 30 minutes. While it is soaking, add sugar to milk and mix it Keep this in the fridge.

Cook falooda sev as per package instruction. take some water in a pan, let it come to a boil. Add falooda sev, let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain it and rinse it with cold water immediately to stop further cooking.

Take serving glass. First add spoonful of soaked sabja seeds. Then add spoonful of falooda sev. After that 2 tablespoons of mango pulp. Now add few chopped mango pieces. Again do the same layers, Now add half cup of milk.

Top with a scoop of mango ice cream or vanilla ice cream.garnish with chopped Almonds.
