Ingredients

  1. Fried plantains
  2. Onion chopped
  3. Garlic chopped
  4. Scotch bonnet chopped
  5. Salt
  6. cubesSeasoning
  7. Butter
  8. Green bell pepper sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Grease a casserole dish with butter, set aside and pre heat your oven.

  2. 2

    Fry your plantains and drain

  3. 3

    Crack egg in a bowl, add vegetables and season whisk.

  4. 4

    Pour egg into the dish, top with plantains and bake till eggs are cooked.
