Method:Mix butter /oil ghee in flour nicely,add salt and ajwain,mix up nicely.

Flour will b crumbled. Now start pouring little little water to make semi hard dough, kneed 10 minutes approximately.

Keep it for 30 minutes to rest.

Now divide the dough into equal size balls.

Roll each ball in rectangl give slits on sides,
Put filling at a side,cover like criss cross, seal the edges by applying water nicely. - 6
Gentelly fry the boxes in medium hot oil on medium flame till golden and khasta in texture.

Remove from oil, put on kitchen absorbent paper for extra absorption of oil.
