Ingredients

  1. For doug:
  2. 3 cupsMaida
  3. Butter or oil or ghee whatever u want 6tbsp heaped
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 teaspoonAjwain
  6. Water 1 cup for kneeding
  7. for filling 👇
  8. Boiled potato cubes,bit crumbled potatoes
  9. add only salt,crushed corriander,green Dhania chopped,bit ajw
  10. that's it,don't mash,it will b superb filling,without spices
  11. believe me it's far far better then spicy filling

Steps

  1. 1

    Method:Mix butter /oil ghee in flour nicely,add salt and ajwain,mix up nicely.

    Flour will b crumbled. Now start pouring little little water to make semi hard dough, kneed 10 minutes approximately.

    Keep it for 30 minutes to rest.

  4. 4

    Now divide the dough into equal size balls.

  5. 5

    Roll each ball in rectangl give slits on sides,
    Put filling at a side,cover like criss cross, seal the edges by applying water nicely.

  6. 6

    Gentelly fry the boxes in medium hot oil on medium flame till golden and khasta in texture.

  7. 7

    Remove from oil, put on kitchen absorbent paper for extra absorption of oil.

  8. 8

    Enjoy,really mouth melting criss criss samosa box.
