Traditional cake from Sweden it's cake but not sweet it's a regular sandwich which we make but in a different way which make this sandwich cake beautiful when you serve your guest they will be surprise to see this.

Traditional cake from Sweden it's cake but not sweet it's a regular sandwich which we make but in a different way which make this sandwich cake beautiful when you serve your guest they will be surprise to see this.
Steps

Take slice of bread and spread first cheese spread then spread schezwan chutney you can use green mint chutney or any which ever you prefer,then put slices of cucumber all over and then place another slice again spreading cheese and schezwan chutney on it and place tomato slices.

Take jumbo size bread slice and do not cut he sides as we are going to spread cream it will give perfect shape,cut into slices of tomato, cucumber, take some dill leaves for decoration and some spring onion,cherry tomato, cucumber also we needed.Par boil potatoes and slice them and spread some salt and red chilli powder and bake for 15 minute on 180° and make cream of curd and mayonnaise for spreading on cake.

And on 3rd layer spread again with cheese and schezwan chutney with placing potato slices on top cover with another slice with just spreading cheese spread and cover the sandwich spread the curd and mayo mix like we spread whipp cream for cake and cover from all sides and decorate with thin sliced carrot,spring onion,cucumber, cherry tomatoes and dill leaves.serve this beautiful sandwich cake with evening tea.
