Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1Bread slice (toasted)
  • 1/2 cupcanned beans or Pre- boiled kidney beans or chickpeas
  • 1/4 cupthinly sliced veggies - roasted, blanched or leftovers

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté beans or chickpeas with some onions and ginger. Add spices of your choice

  2. 2

    Place a toasted bread on a plate, arrange a bed of veggies (I’ve used zucchini here), a spoonful of beans some pepper and it’s ready!

  3. 3

    You can also grate some cheese on top or even crumpled paneer to make it more nourishing!
