Sauté beans or chickpeas with some onions and ginger. Add spices of your choice

Place a toasted bread on a plate, arrange a bed of veggies (I’ve used zucchini here), a spoonful of beans some pepper and it’s ready!

You can also grate some cheese on top or even crumpled paneer to make it more nourishing!
