Soak the rice with udit dal and methi for 5 hours

Grind the soaked rice with coconut and poha little water the batter should be thick and let it be for fermentation overnight.

Next day add salt and heat the pan and put dosa cover the lid. This dosa don't require oil.

Remove it to the serving plate.
