2 cupsrice
1 tspcumin
1/2 tsptumeric
Oil and butter
3 cupswater

Heat the oil and butter till hot
2

Add the cumin till they pop. Add the tumeric and rice and stir for about 5 min.

Add the water and let it simmer till water drys.

Strir with a fork and cover to complete cooking with its steam with heat turned off.

I served with beans and pilipili ya kupika
