Cucumbers are low in but rich in many vitamins & minerals .It is antioxidant. It lowers blood sugar .It promotes hydration.
It may aid in weightloss.

Cucumbers are low in but rich in many vitamins & minerals .It is antioxidant. It lowers blood sugar .It promotes hydration.

Steps

Wash & peel the cucumber.

Cut it in to small pieces.

Put them in blender & grind for once.
- 4
Now add chopped ginger piece,sugar,grounded black pepper, salt & lemon juice.

Grind till it all the things mix with eachother bhi well.Add 3 glasses of water & grind once again.

Stain it with stainer so that juice comes out without any pulp.

Put the juice in the serving glass & add ice.Garnish with lemon & cucumber slices.Serve chilled.
