Heat the refined and add chopped onion

When onion changes it's colour add garlic ginger paste

After two minutes add tomato paste

Add all other ingredients salt,red chilli powder,garam masala, kitchen king,haldi

Add water 2cup

When water starts boiling add potatoes pieces

Cook on medium flame for 10minutes

Now seive the flour with salt and oil

Add water to form dough. The dlugh should not be soft but a little stiff and tyt

Make dough balls

Apply oil to dough balls and roll it into cicles

Heat oil in pan

When oil is sufficiently hot add one poori at a time

Turn over when puffed up

Serve with aloo sabji
