Ingredients

  • 1/3 kgmeat
  • 2medium size red bell peppers
  • 2medium sized green pepper
  • 1onion
  • Kuli kuli as required
  • 1 teaspoonyaji
  • 2seasoning cube
  • Groundnut oil
  • Lettuces,cucumber,tomatoes for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut meat into thin cubes, and also the veggies into cubes

  2. 2

    Add ginger,garlic,maggi,yaji, kuli kuli and 2tablespoon oil to the meat mix them up

    Add the veggies and let them sit for an hour or so

    Arrange them into a skewer(meat,followed by onion then bell peppers then meat Repeat the arranging procedure)

    Add quarter cup oil into a pan and arrange the stickmeat, fry on low heat For 10-15mins on both sides

    Garnish with some tonatoes,onions and cucumber and yagi
