Ingredients

1 Cuprose petals (Fresh or dried)
1 cupwater
1/2 kgsugar
200 mlwater
as neededRed food colour
2 -4 tspRose essence

Steps

Boil 1 cup rose petals with 1 cup water. Boil till petals leave their colour.

Now add sugar and 200 ml water. Bring it to boil. Simmer the gas for 5 minutes. Then turn off the gas. Let it cool on room temperature.

Sieve the solution. Now add rose essence and red colour. Ready.
