Ingredients

  • 3 CupsBeans
  • Water
  • Onion 1 (big)
  • Scotch bonnet 10pieces (small)
  • 1 sachetAjino moto
  • Salt half table spoon
  • Oil (for frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the beans with water put the beans in a motar pound it not hard to remove the back.

  2. 2

    Soaked it and wash the beans.

  3. 3

    Add the onion, scotch bonnet and blend it.

    Add the ajino moto and salt and beat it.

    Heat up the oil,make balls of the mixture and fry,fried until its golden brown.
