Chicken Breast in BBQ Sauce over White Rice

Here are the ingredients.

Remove the skin and fat from the chicken breast and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Wash it well. Place it in a glass dish and add the seasoning. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add the chicken. Stir occasionally until it starts to brown slightly.

Wash the vegetables. Peel the carrots and cut them diagonally. Set aside.

Cut open the bell peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and cut them into squares. Set aside.

Peel the onion and cut it into squares.

Peel the broccoli stem and cut it into small pieces. Cut the rest into florets. Wash it.

Wash the zucchini, remove the ends, and cut it into squares.

Mix the sauce ingredients and put them in a small pot to simmer over low heat. Stir occasionally.

Once the chicken is slightly browned, add the carrots. Stir and wait 3 minutes.

Then add the bell peppers and onion. Stir and wait 5 minutes.

Add the zucchini and broccoli. Stir and wait 3 minutes.

By then, the sauce should be boiling. Add it to the pan. Stir and let it cook for just 2 more minutes.

Serve hot over white rice (see recipe). Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Delicious!!!!!!
