Steps

1st marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd,ginger garlic paste & salt.Keep it aside for 2 hours.

2nd marinate it with red chilli powder,tandoori masala,kewra water,rose water and keep it aside for 1 hr.

Arrange the chicken pieces on skewers.

Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 180 degree.

Grill the chicken pieces for 35 mins at 180 degree.Brush the oil on chicken pieces occasionally.

Now add grated cheese from top and again grill for 5 mins.

Garnish with coriander leaves & dry rose petals.

Serve hot with pudina chutney.
