Wash soya chaap and remove the sticks

Grind soaked cashew,melon seeds,coriander,chillies,garlic and ginger

Add salt, pepper,garam masala, malai and curd and make a fine paste

Now dip all the chaap pieces in the paste for half an hour

Heat oil in a nonstick kadai and add all the pieces in it..Cook on low flame for 10 to 12 mins or until it gets crisp and golden colour

Now turn to the other side a and cook for another 10 min

Remove in a separate bowl

Now add the remaining paste into the karahi and cook until thick...Then add cut chaap pieces in the karahi and cook until it coated all the pieces

Our tandoori malai chaap tikka is ready tu serve..I have served it with onion and lemonand some dil leaves...Njoyyyyyy
